John is a self-proclaimed expert, possessing total sports knowledge. He bounced around the USA before landing in Hamilton, Texas in 1987. John's talent for sports knowledge is so natural that he lived his first 16 years without ESPN, but still managed to follow every sport imaginable. He attended Texas Tech University from 1998-2003, earning degrees in finance and management. In 2004, he started at Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth. He promises not to be one of those lawyers you see on tv. John also has political aspirations. If you know him at all, you know he wants to be President. Don't laugh.

John has been given the nickname "X-Games" by his co-hosts because of his love for all sports - including those that aren't really sports. John possesses a special ability to watch anything and everything that ever appeared on a television. As a result, he recognizes many types of competitive entertainment as "true sport," resulting in arguments with Brian and Rhylan.
