I, Brian Funderburk, was born in Greenville, Texas, at the age of 0. I grew up in Commerce, Texas until 1992 when I moved to Hamilton. I lived in Hamilton doing different things everyday. Some days I went to school, while other days I didn’t. I played some golf, some basketball, and various other activities. After high school, I went to Texas Tech University where I did more of the same. The only difference was I was in Lubbock. I’m not even going to get into that. After graduation, I eventually got a job and moved to Fort Worth, where I still am today.

Some interesting facts:

• Back in 2002, while playing in a golf tournament, I got eliminated by missing a 2 foot putt. Because of me missing that putt, I started another round of golf with my brother Clint and hit a hole-in-one on #5 at the PCC in Hamilton. That was the best 2 foot missed putt ever.
• I still wear the same boots I bought back in 1998. 8 years and still going strong. Gotta love that.
• Once I retire, I would like to live out in the country and have a few horses.
• 2 State Championships in golf. Now that’s what I’m talking 'bout!
• I once played 72 straight holes of golf with 1 tee. Me and Medlock played that in one day at the PCC. It was so hot the golf cart started smoking and we had to drink water from melting ice from the old clubhouse.
• I have been 10 feet away from a bolt of lightning.
• I have been in 4 car accidents. I was hit by a drunk driver, a lady who felt she needed to take a nap, a guy that decided he didn’t feel like watching the cars in front of him anymore, and an old lady who tried to go around me at a red light. One question about the last one there, the light was red, where was she planning on going?
